Garry and I would like to thank everyone who attended our event on July 19^th to announce our partnership with the Holmes Approved Homes Program.  It was wonderful to see so many family members, friends, customers, and members of our team of Emerald Park Homes professionals who work together to build every home as if it were our own. 

We took this opportunity to introduce our New Home Sales Consultant, Cornell Srochenski to everyone at the event.

Although Mike Holmes, trusted contractor and popular television host was not at the event personally, his likeness was evident in both the triple attached garage and in the front entry.

Special thanks to Twylla West and Perry Nyhus from My92.1 FM Radio!  Perry worked diligently on this event, assisting with the radio ads, press release, coordinating the broadcast, ordering and delivering the food and pop, cooking up the hot dogs, and making sure that everyone had a great time!

REGINA, SK (July 14, 2014)—Trusted contractor and popular television host, Mike Holmes welcomes Emerald Park Homes into his Holmes Approved Homes program as an official Partner Builder, and the first homebuilder in Regina to join the exclusive program.

Mike Holmes launched the Holmes Approved Homes program in 2011 as a way to implement his mandate in new-home construction and sustainable building, making it available to homeowners across the country. Emerald Park Homes’ first Holmes Approved Home will be featured this Saturday, July 19 at their show home event taking place at 34 Churchill Crescent in White City, from 9am to 5pm.

“I partnered with Emerald Park Homes because we share the same values when it comes to building right, proper construction, and what that means for you and your family,” stated Mike Holmes, President of The Holmes Group. “They know what it means to build homes that last for generations—the way we used to build. Mike Holmes and his team will be working with Emerald Park Homes to build custom “Holmes Approved” homes with enhanced durability, energy-efficiency, fire- moisture- and mould-resistance, sound protection and higher indoor air quality. These homes will also undergo a series of Mike Holmes Inspections throughout their construction in order to ensure they meet building specifications outlined by the program.
